We want you to come back for more clay stuff so we'll always do our best to satisfy your ceramic needs and desires.
Shipping Policy - postage time
We ship stuff once a week unless we have a conversation with you and agree something else. For instance, you might desperately need a bowl because you are eating granola out of your hand and are fed up with doing that. OR you might be crying all day long, saving your tears in a glass and you really need a porcelain beaker to save them and only one of our ilmenite/porcelain ones fits the bill. In which case we will be full of compassion and send you one as quickly as we can as we don't want anyone crying for stupid reasons. Of course if you need a last minute present and we have time to get something to you quickly we will try and do that but you need to let us know before you order to avoid dissapointment.
Wrapping
We wrap the clay in recycled cardboard that we make or bubble wrap that we have recovered from various sources. We make all attempts to not waste any precious resources on wrapping and ideally you would reuse the stuff yourself if you can. It will be protected in transit.
