Our view
Whilst not exactly legalese we would rather write this ourselves than have something you can't understand.
If you receive something you feel doesn't match the description or expectation please let us know so we can clarify or rectify that with you.
Refund Policy
We do everything we can to provide accurate photographs and measurements. We create everything to the best of our ability. Mistakes happen - things break in the post, get lost etc etc. We are honest and we anticipate that you are too. Whilst that may seem overly simplistic to some we hope that to the majority of you
it will be refreshing in this age of over complex relationships. We want you to come back for more stuff and we want good reviews so that is our guarantee to you.
